This plant is of the genus Dendrobium and native to eastern Australia. Dendrobium kingianum grows naturally on rocky surfaces and y on tree logs and grows in cool to warm temperatures with medium amounts of light. It flowers in spring or late winter. The shade of the flowers is usually pink and rarely white.
