Hebe 'Heebie Jeebies' is an extremely hardy, compact evergreen shrub growing to a 1m wide and 1 high. It has clustered flower spikes of bluish mauve flowers from late Winter through to mid Spring . It has spot flowers throughout the rest of the year.
